I need to know how to stop one of my line from being answered by the auto answer system, it my fax line therefore I am unable to recieve fax before the line is answered. Thanks
How do you use the intercom to page someone at another phone? BrianBrian: What do mean by "page"? Are you just trying to call another extension and voice announce your call, rather than have the phone ring at that extension. I've been programming Avaya/Partner phones for a lot of years, maybe I can help!

How do I remove an extension from the operator? Example: extensions 100 and 102 are operators. I only ext 100 as the operator.

My extension all of a sudden makes me push down the phone ring line button when I go to answer an incoming line. This changed out of the blue - I used to and would like to again just pick up the receiver and the line that's ringing gets answered without press the button.... the rest of the phones in our office are anserable without pressing the line... mine just stopped for no apparent reason and it's confusing because no one is used to this oddity of my phone. Help please Tara Hoffman
My power went out and I need to reprogram the avaya Partner phone. I pushed feature 00, left intercom button twice #125 and I get the line that gives the date of the internal....with the date of the previous backup. Then what do I do?. Nothing happens when I exit using feature 00.
